You’ve heard the story of Atlas, condemned to hold up the sky for eternity? Metaphors ring true. Undeterred: we craved relief and found it only in time and light.
Gold was commissioned by Ottawa Dance Directive during lockdown in late 2020 and was selected to be presented in DANCINEMA 2021. The film responds to questions about loneliness and a feeling of being swallowed by the passage of time, becoming obsolete.
